PRIMARY DISCLAIMER
⭐ While I try to be as professional and attentive to detail as possible, and I ensure my construction is durable and high-quality, all fursuits are handmade items. There will occasionally be the odd small imperfection such as a tiny thread knot or two in an area where ladder stitching was needed, a seam line where reparative work was done, a very minor size difference between a set of markings, and other things of this nature.
It is COMPLETELY reasonable to expect a high quality, polished product when handing an artist a large amount of money. I understand this! And I will only ever give my clients my best work- in fact, I am someone who will even repeatedly redo an area on a project multiple times until I am satisfied with it due to being picky about how things look. However, total and full perfection is not obtainable, and to this end, I only want to work with commissioners who are understanding of these parameters and have reasonable expectations for handmade goods.

ABOUT
⭐ Construction on projects will not begin until the balance owed has been at least roughly halfway paid off for heads or partials or a third of the way paid off for full fursuits. I may work on your base while waiting for you to reach this mark, but furring and detail work will be on hold.
⭐ I can do payment plans! I just ask that the buyer to provide me with enough money up front to purchase furs in the form for a 35% down payment. Money spent on fur and other fabrics such as minky or fleece is NON REFUNDABLE.
⭐Shipping charges will be paid by the buyer
⭐I do sell to under 18’s. However, I require consent from a parent or guardian and the payment MUST be sent from an account in the parent or guardian's name. I would also like to be in contact with them during the creation process.
⭐ If any of your items do not fit upon arrival or something breaks, please let me know! I will do free repairs on fursuits I have created for up to a year. The buyer only needs to pay shipping.

CHANGES / DEADLINES
⭐ If you would like to set a deadline because you need your suit by a certain date [con, meet, etc], I will try to work with you to meet this deadline, however, I will charge a rush fee. The standard rush fee will be 30 to 50% of whatever your original pricing is dependent on how quickly the item is needed, added on to the total. If I cannot meet this deadline, the rush fee will be refunded.
⭐ I will make up to 2 changes to a fursuit for free if they do not require me to have to buy new materials or completely deconstruct a costume part. After this I will start charging 75$ per change to compensate for extra labor and or materials.
REFUND POLICY
I may offer a partial refund in the event that I myself have failed to meet expectations or someone is otherwise unsatisfied with their product for whatever reason. HOWEVER:
⭐If it is a simple case of something not fitting properly, or being uncomfortable, I am absolutely willing to make modifications and fix the problem to the best of my ability for little to no cost. Don't hesitate to ask! I always prefer to see if I can resolve the issue[s] first.
⭐There are stipulations and regulations in place to protect myself from people trying to take advantage of the fact I offer refunds, as well as to avoid total and complete profit loss [as this is my primary source of income]:
--> All items must be returned before refunds can be processed
--> FULL refunds are only applicable for commissions that were cancelled or otherwise never started where no fur or other material has been purchased.
--> If a commission is terminated while a project is in early production, I can only offer a 75% refund on account of material costs
--> If terminated while in mid production, OR, if the costume has been fully completed and given to the buyer, I can only refund up to 50% on account of both material costs and labor hours invested into the item[s].
--> In such cases, please understand that while I am committed to integrity and giving you your money back, [I have never failed to deliver a refund], it will likely come in increments as due to this being my primary source of income I won't be able to give everything back in one go.
--> Once the costume is in the buyer's possession, after ONE MONTH, It is ineligible to be returned under any circumstances and refunds of any kind will not be accepted.

HARASSMENT
⭐ I try to deliver the best product I can to my commissioners. As stated previously in the disclaimer, it is reasonable to expect high quality work when handing someone a large amount of money, and I will do everything within my power to make sure what I create is satisfying to the buyer. I have no issue redoing certain parts of a project to suit someone’s preferences within reasonable limits [see section on design alterations].
However, please be aware that myself [and all fursuit makers] are only human. Flaws are inevitable in anyone's work. I am always willing to change a product to reflect a customer's wishes, but If you nitpick excessively and act rude towards me, I will blacklist you, refund your money, and repurpose whatever of your suit has been made at that point.
⭐ Continuing off of the above point, please do not try to rush me into completing your suit at a faster pace. The quality of your commission will inevitably suffer if I don’t take the proper amount of time to complete it. I have a part time job, so I can’t spend every day of the week working on fursuits. And even if I could, fursuits are highly complex pieces of wearable art that take much time and effort to produce. They cannot be rushed without sacrificing quality.
I try to make sure no one has to wait more than a year to receive their items at maximum, but most projects are completed in anywhere from 1 to 6 months after I get to them in the queue and start them. In general, please just be respectful and patient when speaking to me.

CREDITS
⭐ There are a number of items I tend to buy from other makers because I dislike the process of creating them and or struggle to make them look correct. Such things include claws, noses, teeth, and head bases for a handful of species. Proper credit will, of course, be given in final photos if another maker's base or pattern has been used.
As for other parts:
--> noses and claws are sourced from DVC
--> teeth are sourced from DVC or spiltgrapesoda
--> Feet pattern is sourced from spiltgrapesoda
